Hypnobirthing is a powerful way to prepare for childbirth—and it’s the only birth preparation method you’ll continue to use throughout the rest of your life.

 

As a Hypnobirthing Coach, I combine tools like relaxation, visualization, breathing techniques, and self-hypnosis to reduce fear and stress during labor and birth.


My goal is to empower you and your birth partner to experience a calm, positive birth—no matter the circumstances or birth environment.

The Complete Hypnobirthing Package includes a wide range of techniques designed to support you throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. In our time together we’ll cover:

  • Visualization and Affirmations: Strengthen neural pathways with positive imagery and affirmations to build confidence and reduce anxiety in the lead-up to birth.
  • Understanding Birth Physiology: Both you and your birth partner will gain a deeper understanding of how the birthing process works. You’ll learn about every stage of labor so you can stay informed, prepared, and in control.
  • The Role of the Birth Partner: Hypnobirthing recognizes the birth partner as a vital support role. Birth partners are given tools to advocate for the birthing person, provide comfort, and create a calm environment, no matter where or how you give birth.

Let’s address the topic of pain and birth—it’s not something to shy away from. Pain is subjective; what feels intense for one person may feel completely different to another.


When we think of physical pain, like breaking a bone, it’s often viewed as something negative. In birth, however, we reframe these sensations as pain with purpose. Each surge brings you closer to meeting your baby. Whether you call it pain, sensation, or something else, the goal is to free yourself from the fear surrounding these feelings and to understand what’s happening in your body during labor.


As your coach, I’ll help you embrace the purpose behind each sensation and prepare you to approach labor with confidence.
